So I set up automated snapshots in FreeNAS in hopes that I could simply roll back file versions by right-clicking on a folder in Windows, selecting Properties, and clicking on the ‘Previous Versions’ tab. However, this does not appear to work and after some googling I have confirmed my suspicions. My question is, why doesn't this work!? Is there a workaround?
Also, If I’m to restore a snapshot from the FreeNAS webui, how can I rollback a particular file or folder instead of the entire dataset?
